Gabumon

Profile:

Resembles a Beast-type, but is actually a Reptile; its furry coating is actually a pelt it wears, fashioned from Beast-species data. Gabumon that evolve from more Beast-like species sometimes have the fortune of manifesting the pelt automatically, but most have to forage up data shed from other Digimon. The pelt resembles Garurumon, a Digimon feared and respected for its speed and power, and the association helps Gabumon appear more intimidating. Gabumon near-universally hate being seen without their pelt and tend to hide from sight if they've somehow lost it, even in the company of friends. There are few gestures of trust and care in the Digital World more profound than being lent a Gabumon's pelt.

Gabumon has two subspecies, including Gabumon (Black) and Psychemon.

Attacks:
Gabumon are hardy fighters that scratch, bite, and stick their foes with their horns, and can breathe blue fire to attack from a distance. Their pelt is tough and acts like light armor.

Petit Fire - Spits out a stream of hot, blue fire from its mouth.

Little Horn - Rams the target with its horn.

Crush Nail - Slashes with the claws built into its pelt.

Gabumon (X-Antibody)

Type: Beast | Attribute: Data

Profile:

A Gabumon which possesses the X-Antibody has undergone further mutations, causing the data of its pelt to be integrated into its body, giving Gabumon the traits of a Garurumon-species Digimon and transforming it from a Reptile to Beast-Type Digimon. One could say that this has made Gabumon's pelt more a part of its body than a simple adornment, but it can still be removed, and if it is taken, Gabumon will still grow shy and fearful of being seen. A Gabumon with the X-Antibody possesses a Beast-Type Digimon's fierce combat instincts, as well as heightened senses of sight, hearing, and smell. When it wears its pelt, it favors rough, dirty styles of fighting, and wears the claws on its left side over its arm, using them as a weapon.

Attacks:

Petit Fire Hook - Covers its right hand with its Petit Fire, and then delivers a flaming punch.

All of Gabumon's other attacks are retained by this Digimon.
