A Demon Beast Digimon with the appearance of a wolf. Its form is based on the "Big Bad Wolf" that exist in many fairy tales. Fangmon live in forests, where they hunt their prey in packs, usually under the leadership of a more evolved Digimon. Loner Fangmon are not unheard of, however. The species has a nasty reputation due to its aggressiveness and penchant for trickery, and are known to be rivals with the similarly wolf-like Garurumon.
Attacks: Fangmon are ambush predators, with a harrowing technique that allows them to take others by surprise. They can briefly alter their texture data to resemble someone else; usually someone their prey knows, which they figure out after studying them for a bit. Aside from that, Fangmon are armed with strong jaws full of razor-sharp teeth, as well as long claws and nimble, agile bodies.
